    VolunteerVolunteer Opportunities
For ALL visitors and volunteers coming into Roswell North School -
    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Raptor is a new check-in system installed by Fulton County Board of Education at our school. In order to better protect our students, volunteers and staff, all visitors will be required to show a valid, government-issued ID.
Beginning with the 2014-2015 school year, all volunteers must register PRIOR to your first volunteer commitment at RNE. All volunteers must complete the volunteer on-line registration and view a mandatory video. Once these steps have been completed you will receive an email confirming satisfactory completion and you may then come to school to complete the final step of the security registration process. You must complete the process in that order: complete online forms and mandatory video THEN come to school for final steps. Please remember to bring your ID..

    Opportunities in the Classroom:
If you would like to take care of Mr. Walter's bunny one weekend sign up here: http://signup.com/go/A46VoU You DO NOT have to be in his classroom to take care of the bunny!

    Specials
Please be sure to check the "Specials Schedule" to make sure your student is dressed appropriately. On PE days they are not allowed to wear sandals or open-toed shoes and they need to be in clothes that are easy to move in. On Art days be sure they are wearing something that is ok to possibly get messy (paint, markers, etc.) Everything should be able to be washed out but better to be safe than sorry.

Each child is responsible for bringing their own snack each day. Please send a small, healthy snack in your child’s book bag. Snacks such as fruits, vegetables, crackers, and granola bars are great choices. Please do not send a drink. If you would like to send in extra snacks (pretzels or Cheerios only) for the class that would be great, there are always times when we accidentally forget snack!
